Credentials via SMS – Consent
By registering an employee account in our system, you agree and consent that:
Login credentials (username and temporary password) may be sent to the employee’s registered mobile number via SMS.
The employee is responsible for keeping the received credentials confidential and changing the password upon first login.
The organization will not be held liable for any misuse of credentials if the employee shares or fails to secure them.
It is the responsibility of the admin to ensure that the mobile number provided is correct and belongs to the respective employee.
By proceeding, you acknowledge and accept this method of credential delivery.
